This place is luxury with a capitol L! We had the best time trying out this restaurant for a late lunch. It was a Saturday and surprisingly not busy so we practically had the entire place to ourselves. The prices were actually very reasonable so we got a variety of foods (pizza, meatballs, desert, coffee). There was also a kids menu which was as a bonus for us as we have a little one. But what really made this experience even more pleasant was our waiter (Leonardo) who was absolutely fantastic and warm. He was very friendly and attentive and made our experience that much better. If you are in downtown Milan and want a luxury yet affordable experience then definitely try this place out. We ate at the Gallia Lounge & Bar which was not the rooftop.

Amazing service and even better food. The breakfast is not to be missed. Fresh carrot + apple + ginger is unbelievable. There are so many wonderful choices in the beautiful spot!

Service is absurdily high end, good so! The food is a bit bland, good quality ingredients but the taste is not really there. The view is beautiful... If you stand. If you sit, there's a black piece of wood that hides the best. The actual restaurant has few small small windows, so we opted for the prettier outside. Cocktails good! Music relaxing. Not too cold with 17 degrees as they switch on the heaters. I think the terrasse is perfect for a standing party but for a romantic dinner it's a tad under my expectations. Idea: what about some wood banks that make (some of) the tables and sittings higher so that you have always the view?

For a fancy dining experience it was ok. Although a business group decided to do a karaoke ritual, terrible singing (shouting more like) which was a little strange but at the same time gave me and the mrs a chance to grab some pics on the balcony thanks to Daniele who was kind enough to take them. For vegetarians there was a option but the pasta was very Al dente. Hospitality was great, food was ok, ambiance was ok.

Fantastic little restaurant. The interior is clean and new and the terrace is overlooking the stunning Milano Centrale railway station. Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious in every which way… especially the tuna. When i return to Milan, i would return to Terrazza Gallia for a great few bites with an exceptional view.

Presentation was great 1st course appetizer with fried cheese ball & tomato & zuccini& cannoli sampler was very good 2nd course the cod was chewy & not much taste 3rd course the shrimp rissoto was OK, to much citrus & risotto was a bit salty but raw shrimp was fresh 4th spaghetti with caviar was above average slightly fishy but full of flavor 5th Beet purée was very good 6th Amberjack was cooked all the way thru like canned tuna & fishy, should have been seared 7th Tiramusa was the best, top for taste & presentation All in all worth the money, kitchen has some work to do on the main entrees but a lot of dish washing

Stunning views from the terrace. Mindful and attentitcw service. Would be nice if there were also some breakfast options. Be aware the steep hotel coffee prices- Latte macchiato goes for 9€.
